This facility seems like a sham. After the initial appointment, the office shut down. I have no way of obtaining all of my personal information back. The phone number is out of service and the doors remain locked.

My daughter loves her therapist Ashley! I am her mom and have to sit in the waiting area and I have a request or suggestion... please remove the very loud smelling air fresheners!! Very offensive to those with asthma.

So many problems with this company! How dare they ask people to change their form of insurance coverage for their children because the company is no longer able to accept it. That is their problem, not mine! I am not about to inconvenience ny family after I had to determine which coverage was best for OUR needs! Obviously they lost their contract for a reason and it is UNLAWFUL for them to ask me to change my child's insurance! They even said I could come in and they'd show me how! The company does not have authority to advise other options for insurance coverage, as they are not licensed insurance agents. It is against the law to entice, advise, solicit, provide options for, etc. an individual to change their insurance in order to benefit the company. My kid has seen several counselors here because they always quit. There must be a reason why they can't keep their counselors! I overheard a couple of their staff members (while I was in the lobby) talking about not getting paid on time. Why? Why should I hear that? The rooms are not sound proof and I heard every single one of the people in the rooms next to the ones we've been in, every single time we went there. You can hear conversations with doors closed when you walk down the front hall and the back hall (which has a speaker sometimes playing music). They don't take pride in their office either! I hope nobody hurts themself on the plastic flimsy chairs they have you sit in in those "private" rooms. The metal folding chairs are no better! There is just so many things about this company that I find unacceptable. My child is now being seen at a place that does accept his insurance, and if I choose to change it, then it will be to best suit all of his needs, not just behavioral health! Shame on you Counseling Center!
