Very poor customer service!!!! I called several times regarding a issue and spoke to State Farm employees that told me different things saying the problem could be resolved. I did what they told me to do and repeatedly checked on the status of my request. The girl I spoke to today was extremely rude. She was so rude that I asked to speak with the manager, which I rarely do. She was that rude and I was that frustrated about the situation. I spoke to the manager who had a nicer tone but said she couldn’t do anything because they failed to give me information that needed to be provided and the account is already closed. She even told me that the car that was bought for me was never under my name as a driver. I was having monthly payments for the insurance every month taken automatically from my account and paid the car off. They really dropped the ball on this one and their customer service is awful.
