Front desk is horrible. They never answer the phone and not very friendly.

This office is so bad at communicating with clients. Is this the only gastroenterologist in town? I called and left messages to check if my doctor had sent referral which my doctor did twice. You cant only leave messages when calling in and sit and wait for this office to callback. Which I did patiently for the last two weeks. When I finally get a call back, the girl asked me if I have a referral? She looked and said no referral. And asked me to call my family doctor to resend. I did . Waited for another week no one calls so I called and got an answer that theres nothing that Dr. Oni can do unless theres is a cancer Dr request. I have been in chemotherapy treatments for two months already and the reason the referral from my cancer doctor is to a liver specialist. And the back and forth is unprofessional and unnecessary. We are just normal people who are not familiar with the medical terms and specialists and we just want to be treated sooner rather than too late later. Being brushed off by this office has stressed me out. Really bad personnels here. I wish they would be more compassionate toward their profession.

Doesnt call back and respond to messages. Staff is rude and do not respect your time. Waited for an hour and a half after my appt time and still wasnt seen. I walked out and asked for a phone call to discuss results. Never received one. Place is unprofessional, will be looking into other GI doc options will travel to Macon if needed. As a nurse, I will not be referring any patients here

The actual NP I saw was great, however their office staff is unresponsive to phone calls. They do not return phone calls and good luck getting to an actual human via their VM menu. I am NOT impressed or appreciative of their lack of communication.
