Will not be going back. If I had known Dr mclain wasn't there would not have gone ther to start with.
When because of tooth ache. After being charged over $1400.00 for x-rays this that and other, so called deep cleaning that took all of maybe 30 minutes then I was referred to another dentist to take care of tooth ache.
This was out of my pocket.
Got a water flosser and it took care of toothache. Cost 43.00 dollars. Not $1400.00

First off, let me say that I have never left a negative review for any of my doctors and this review is not directed at the doctor himself. It is for the office and the corporation that is behind it. I have been a loyal patient for well over two decades and my now adult daughter has continued since I took her there as a child. We loved the care and service up until Heartland Dental became involved. It has been one disaster after the other and billing has been a nightmare. Its a long story which I no longer wish to rehash, but suffice it to say, after going back and forth many times through many staff changes over the past year and a half and being told it was finally worked out earlier this year, the newest staff turned me over to collections for an amount that is yet to be explained. No one knows if it is a legit charge and whose it is. Worst of all, the newest office manager, Ashley Harris, basically told me that she had been working on this situation for a couple of months and it was now on me and my daughter to figure out who owes the bill. She also told me that previous office managers and staff must have lied to me. What? Who says that? And, to top it off, when I told her we would not be back, she quickly said shed have our charts ready. No, I understand your frustration. No, Im sorry to hear that. No,Im sorry it has come to this. Just blaming people before her and basically saying its now our problem. Ive never been treated so poorly and talked to so rudely before. Dr McLain, you know I think you are awesome, but these last two years have left me battered. I will never step foot in Warner Robins Family Dentistry again.

I have to say it must be Covid....The website goes way overboard with Covid info and it shows in the office. I have been a patient for many years with no problems but, if today had been my first visit I wouldn't be back. It was very rushed and it was the first time ever, I didn't see the doctor after a cleaning. The flouride treatment was not offered. One of the more painful cleanings I've ever had. One of my back tooth was chipped and I could taste blood for awhile. I wasn't sure if I was going to write a review but you all text me requesting one. Not a good visit don't go late in the day during Covid

Doctor and staffs are wonderful. Honest, and excellent services. Would recommend.
