The owners did a craft show in Greenville, SC on December 5, 2014. I ordered a custom dress from them because they did not have my daughters size. I paid $36 with a credit card and they gave me a receipt. After 3 weeks I called, emailed, and left several messages and facebook messages with response. The number on their website is no longer in service. DO NOT custom order from these people. They are not good business savvy. Or honest. I have never heard back from them nor received what I paid for.

DO NOT BUY a customized outfit from this retailer! I got the run around for months about when my order would be ready and why is was not ready. After multiple failed attempts to pick up my dress, I asked for either my order or a refund. After 6 attempts at personally trying to pick up my order, and talking with the staff/owner, not only would they refuse to refund me after showing them receipts and bank statements, but they CALLED THE POLICE on me for harassment. Eventually they ceded to giving me ONLY HALF of my money back still with NO dress! The owner claims the order was never made, completely denying the proof being shown to her and not explaining why they had been telling me it would be ready soon for months if I never ordered it. I have shopped here for years, but will NEVER be a return customer if this is how they treat someone who has spent hundreds of dollars with them in the past. These types of shady business practices are what make it hard for people t support local businesses and keep them alive!
