This is the absolute worst bank I’ve ever been to. I have made multiple attempts in the drive through and never move. Like after sitting here 15 minutes still 5 cars back and not moving. There is no way there is more than one person running the entire bank. If I could give 0 stars I would.

HAVE BEEN SITTING IN DRIVE THRU FOR 30 mins JUST TO MAKE A DEPOSIT!!!!! IS THERE ONLY ONE PERSON RUNNING THE BANK THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Service is gotten worse in the past two years. 20-30 minutes is the normal quick time getting out of the drive throu. Everyone else has their lobby open for business.
I cant wait to refinance my house with a different bank and never come back here again

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at suntrust and I’ve been with them for 10+ years. Lady was insulting and rude. I had to just walk out because I was extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable immediately. To the lady…you don’t know what kind of situation I am in so for you to share your criticisms and unwelcomed opinion was totally out of place. You can’t talk to people like they’re children when you don’t even know them. Very, very poor customer service.
