My husband purchased me an arrangement a week before Valentines Day from this location and was supposed to be delivered at my job on Valentines Day. It never showed and he never received a phone call. He tried calling the store and no one answered and he was not able to leave a voicemail. Poor customer service.

Im a truck driver, so i couldn't be home for Valentine's day, so i ordered something for my fiance for Valentine's day, and was told it would be delivered by 7pm.. well come 7 o'clock it still isn't delivered. So i call and they say that it is still at the store but ready for delivery af that they were delivering late that day and if it didn't get delivered that night then it would be first thing in the morning and if that was the case they would call to let me know. Well i never heard back from them and she still hasn't recieved the order. So i try to call again, get put on hold and someone picks the phone up and hangs up. Now all i get when i call is voicemail. Very poor customer service. If i could give 0 stars i would. I will never order from here again
