If I could give negative stars I would. I went with Farmers because they gave me the best coverage for the best price. After having this policy for only 6 weeks I received a call that policy was going up over $248 a year based on changes they say I made to the policy which I didn't make. What it really boiled down to was they (Greg Goodwin) had entered information incorrectly and quoted my policy including auto insurance, which I told him repeatedly that we were NOT going with his auto insurance policy. After being informed by policy was going up out of no where I received a letter from Farmers stating that I had cancelled my policy, which of course I would not do until I had a new homeowners policy. No one can tell me why my policy was cancelled. And of course my mortgage company is trying to charge me for insurance they are going to get on my house because someone at Farmers can not get it together. This is still on going and I'm trying to get answers from Farmers but they won't return my calls. Please please please trust me when I tell you this agency and the employees do not know what they are doing. I would totally suggest you keep shopping or even be willing to pay a little more to get a competent agency. If you must go with Farmers go with a different agency!!
