Bad service and he's threat in my life right now if anything happened to my house I'm suing him he go to my credit with that asking me he charge he's a thief nobody should do service with this guy he's bad he's a thief

Rain Control Roofing is a GREAT company. They provide excellent service with great prices. My mom is elderly but discovered while it was raining that her home required roofing repairs. Mr. Thomas responded quickly, work was explained in detail, cost were explained upfront, and all questions were answered. Great job! I appreciate all that was done to help my mom to be comfortable in her home. I would definitely refer other friends and family. Services: Storm/wind damage roof repair, Roof repair, Roof inspection

I would not ever use him again. I just got the roof done and i am probably going to have to get it done over. Waste of time and money.

Hired them to fix a roof leak. Was told the roof was repaired but still leaks heavily. Called them the next week to have them honor the 3 year warranty with no luck. No call no show. * update * Owner called me almost one year later with his apologies on the roof repair. Offered to fix it but I had it fixed by another local company. Seemed like he really wanted to make it right. Will raise review accordingly.

I an not a thief , she told me too charge her card her, for four thousand dollars then Tuesday of this week she act like she did not know, I would never charge anyone card, she even pushed here number off on me and sent it too my phone , she act like she could not speak English , and she had five kids with no money , so I felt sorry for her and said I would help, this soo sad that someone would say that you would steal soo I told here she could keep the remaining 2,000.00 dollars and that I would pay the people that done her house out my own pocket , we also had too redeck her home also, that was another three thousand dollars and the city of valdosta passed her house, while she counted tune too call me a thief and a lieer ... i did get mad , when call someone and push your number then tell them too take a certain amount , then you wait four days letter and say you did't in front of witness , it will piss you off..... maybe I'm not perfit , but I will never be a thief nor let someone out of town that I took a great chance on label me as one.... this house also passed the historical society... she also brought up black subject that's going on in the world too gain my heart, I felt soo sorry for her and her five children, not knowing that she was trying too use me... I did get mad, but only because she told me too take an amount and then lied and said she did't ,before I meet this lady life was fair, and work was steady, but I will never be a fool for money, if you want it that bad you can have it, I fault my self on this because if I have't 1st trusted her, I would't be in this position , I am put on this earth too help people the best I can ,but it's some people that prey on you, now she can talk very well, but in the beginning I could't understand a word she said..... I don't mind walking away from over four thousand dollar lost, but I would rather walk that let some talk soo down you, make you feel like dirt with there words,... just because of skin.... and were the same color / some people are soo bitter and there only attempt is too destroy , and make you feel like them.....this lady house looks good, and you can play football on roof, it deck from end too the other....... look for your self. (This was a metal roof, and then we change it too Architect Shingle roof, and this house is one of the oldest houses in Valdosta , we prey it goes for another hundred years) No matter what good or bad I love all of my homeowners / why because there the one's that give us the help, and we will always be thankful ) may God Bless one and May God Bless us all.....!!!!!! amen Service: Roof installation
