My husband made a reservation for a car rental pickup from EZ, and the customer service rep told us the car would be ready between 5:30 and 5:40 pm that day. She said they closed at 6:00 pm. We got to EZ at 5:38 and there was no one there, they had closed. No one answered the phone. Very disappointing. Very bad business.

EZ Rental Car Valdosta makes it easy to get a rental car. They are very professional and strive to make sure customers are taken care of and happy. Our last rental we had was very nice, affordable and super clean. I would recommend EZ Rental if you are looking for a rental car, suv or even a uhaul. They got something for everyone!
