Southern Healthcare Alliance Neurology Dr. Sheri Swader

Office has been closed to all neurology patients. Very little warning and very little communication. No idea if a referral has been sent as requested at this point. In this area, it takes months to get an appointment in with a neurologist, so closing with 30 days notice is extremely difficult to ensure you will have continuum of care.

Dr. Swader was a great doctor and I truly trusted her. Then about 2 weeks ago I was scheduled for an appointment. I pull up to the office and see a note on the door that said closed due to covid exposure. Okay. They expect me to call when I’m Not going to make it, but they didn’t let me know they were closed. I tried to call today to make another appointment and it said office is closed. The automated person gave me a number to call to try and reach dr. Swader to get my records. Guess what? That phone number just hangs up on you. So now I’m in the search for a new neurologist without my records! I am beyond furious about her closing and having little to no concern for her patients. I will never use her as my doctor again even if she did open another practice.

I have been a regular patient for over a year now. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the office is nice and clean. As for Dr. Sule himself, I feel that my health is in very capable hands and I trust him very much. He is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. He has never rushed through any of my appointments and he listens to me as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sule! Update: My previous review was for when Dr. Sule owned the practice. I can no longer recommend this office or staff at all.

I began seeing Dr. Swader recently because of severe neurological symptoms caused by problems with my cervical spine. On my initial visit, Dr. Swader performed the most thorough hands on neurological exam I've ever experienced. I am a Registered Nurse so I am aware of what a thorough hands on exam entails. Throughout the visit, Dr. Swader was attentive, compassionate and professional. She addressed and treated my immediate concerns and verbalized short term treatment plans as well as long term treatment plans. She made appropriate referrals. In addition, the office staff are courteous and professional. I am so thankful for the privilege of having Dr. Swader as a part of my care team.
