I drove out of my way to this Lincoln dealership location and I'm so glad I did, my experience was perfect, I went away with a beautiful new car and a feeling of being valued as a customer! My car salesman and the sales manager were very pleasant to work with, very personable too! I will be back to repurchase when needed... Thank you AutoNation Lincoln!!!

My vehicle was there well over two months because it needed a new engine, but the engine was on back order. All I was told was that my vehicle would be ready sometime after the New Year. My service advisor, James, never reached out to me for a courtesy updated or a to simply follow-up. Had I not called the dealership myself, I never would have heard anything about my vehicle. I was promised that my vehicle would be ready on a certain day and it was not. I got my vehicle a week after it was promised to me. I spoke to the service manager on several occasions and I spoke to the general manager once because I was trying to get a refund for the flushes I paid for right before my engine failed. No one was willing to do anything for me to make my horrible experience any better. Everything I asked for, I was told no. I finally spoke to the service manager and asked if I could at least get a full detail on my vehicle, since it had been there so long and the service manager finally agreed. When I got my vehicle it had simply been washed. NO FULL DETAIL AS PROMISED!!! I am very unhappy and disappointed with the way I was treated and how the dealership treats its customers. I thought Lincolns were luxury vehicles and I thought I would be treated as such, however, I was wrong. At this point, I want absolutely nothing to do with Lincoln and will be trading my vehicle as soon as I close on my new home. I should have purchased a Hyundai or Kia. At least they know how to treat their customers.
