      We are a primary care doctor's office for adults on Medicare. We know that when you invest in relationships with people, you can help them live happier and healthier. At Iora Primary Care, patients get a team dedicated to their care, including a physician, Health Coach, Team Nurse, Behavioral Health Specialist, as needed, Clinical Team Manager, and an Operations Assistant. Together the team spends more time with patients, listens to them, and respects and address their questions, concerns and goals.

      image I have tried to reach them all week. Normally, they respond promptly. But, No one answers the phone. I never got called back about paperwork I was suppose to pick up. I've been on hold with no one answering either of their offices. I'm a veteran. If I wanted this kind of treatment, I would only deal with the VA. This is horrible to no get your doctor on the phone.

      image I have been with this clinic for over 4 years now. It was great when I first started but I have had over 3 different doctors and nurses. It has been days and I can't even get someone to answer the phone long enough to make a simple appointment. I am looking for a new doctor.

      image I've been with this clinic for 4 years. My sister and I had the same doctor (who isn't there any longer) and health coach (who isn't there any longer. Under the IORA umbrella they were absolutely marvelous. During COVID zoom meetings, especially since my sister had dementia. But now! I'll call and someone will pick up the receive and hang up. Never get a call back. At this writing I have been waiting a week for a call back. And reason is very important. No more. Will be looking else where. Best of luck to you.

Dr Patricia Kelly is so compassionate towards her patients which is main forte of medical profession very satisfying to say that their compassion begins upon ones arrival to this office/clinic located at Hugh Howell Tucker GA more power to you guys highly commendable GOD BLESS
