        I have a Primo XL grill that has a cracked fire box. This part is advertised to have a lifetime warranty. I have been trying for over a month to get a replacement with ZERO success. I have never seen worse customer service in my life. Why do you have a warranty if you’re not going to honor it. BEWARE!!!

        I have a Morrone Primo Large Grill from 2003 and it works great to this day. The fire box cracked in three pieces and the ownership helped me figure out the size that I needed because the previous fire box was smaller in size. The company warrantied the fire box. The sales manager and ownership back up their warranty! No questions asked for a fire box that was 16 years old. I would not trade it for another grill. Great product and Excellent customer service! Thank you Primo! You are first!
