We advertised with Yellow Pages and then YP for 44 years. The past 5 years, I have asked on social media and learned that we are probably the only ones who received a phone book. We cancelled them and still keep getting bills. I call and email, but someone has to call me back and it never happens. This is not the company that we trusted even 6 years ago.

They advertised a free listing on the internet. After you take the time to fill it out and call it good, they call you, pretend to verify your info for ten minutes, then try to sell you stuff. If you don't take the stuff, then they tell you that they don't actually have free listings anymore.
