They have the best Won Ton soup with vegetables, pork, chicken, and shrimo. I drive over 30 miles for it!

First time ordering from this place. Called in and ordered something simple for delivery at 9pm. 10:15 I get a call saying my food will be here in 10 minutes. I wait 20 minutes and call back. The guy calls the driver and then calls me back saying his driver lied to him and is stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. Asked me if I wanted to cancel because my food isn't coming. Like I have a choice!? No apology or nothing. It is now too late to order from anywhere else. I guess it's a glass of milk and off to bed for me. Never ordering from here again. Horrible customer service!

ATTN: PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I will try to summarize as much as I can because I know a lot of people will be inclined to ignore a review if they see that it is very long but I really want people to know what happened to me so that they can save themselves the horror of patronizing this travesty of a restaurant. I placed an order for delivery the evening of 3/25/16. As most have mentioned in other reviews, the older male took my order and he was short and rude. I was initially apprehensive about ordering for this reason because I don't believe in paying money for bad service but I was hungry and tired so I proceeded against my better judgment. My order came and the food looked and tasted like crap. I ordered shrimp fried rice and spring rolls and the rice looked nasty and the shrimp looked diseased. I tried to manage the food by adding some soy sauce and hot sauce to no avail. The food was disgusting. I called the restaurant back and expressed my dissatisfaction with the taste of the food. The older male picked up the phone and he was rude and defensive. He kept asking what was wrong with the food and I told him that it just did not taste good. So he gave me the runaround and said that a "manager" would call me back about the matter in 30 minutes. 45 minutes elapsed and I did not get a call back. So I called again. He picked up the phone and told me to hold on and that they are very busy taking other orders because it is a Friday. After putting me on hold for some time, he got back on the phone and told me I could bring the food back and then hung up on me. I was flabbergasted and quite upset with his blatant rudeness and lack of regard for customer service. I drove to the restaurant with the nasty food they sent me in tow. I entered the restaurant and saw the rude man behind the bar. I didn't bother speaking to him because I was already upset and I knew that having a convo with him would be futile . I asked to speak to the manager and he said that the manager was not available. I then asked if there was anyone else I could speak with he said no. All of a sudden, a lady came out from the back of the restaurant and started walking towards me. He then said I could speak with her. I asked who she was and he said she was the "Assistant manager". I started talking to her to her to explain the situation and why I was there and this man started talking over me and interrupting me. At this point, I had been very patient and tolerant of his outrageous and low-class behavior but I was not going to allow him to keep interrupting me while I was talking. So I told him not to interrupt me while I was talking. The lady was a little bit more tolerant but she kept asking me what I would like them to do about it. I simply asked for a refund and that they train him better on how to talk to customers. She started saying emphatically that she cannot train him and then he got defensive and told me to get the "f%$&" out of the restaurant. I have never been spoke to that way in my life! I was shocked that this man had the audacity to speak to a customer in that manner. Decency flew out of the door at that point and in hindsight, I wish I would not have gotten out of character and met him at his level of ignorance. He continued to curse at me calling me a "mother$&%*" threatening to call the police and he even charged at me twice. I was so angry. I could not believe that 1) A restaurant employee would speak to a customer in the manner 2) A grown man would use such language and body language towards a woman 3) I was acutally in a situation like this. All in all, this was my experience with this HORRIBLE establishment. Needless, to say, I will never order from them again. It's unfortunate because the man was very rude and had a "damn the consequences attitude." If there were repercussions for this kind of behavior, maybe he would act right. Quite frankly, I am tempted to not order from another Chinese restaurant ever again!
