        FCS has missed our trash a few times during driver changes but they have always come back to pick it up or given us a credit. Recently there was another issue but I'm extremely satisfied with how the situation was handled. Very nice people. Give them a try.

        Kelly won't stop talking when you're trying to say something. I would NOT recommend FCS anymore. Idk what's going on with them, but it isn't good. They put your empty can in the road and have terrible bedside manner when on the phone. Don't hire them.

        A few weeks ago my garbage was picked up and in the process my mailbox was damaged. I have reached out to the company multiple times and they have assured me that the owner will contact me. I have not heard from the owner and will no longer be utilizing FCS as my sanitation company. I am not interested in giving my business to a company that does not take care of their customers.
