The venue needs to be revamped and narrowed down to a few dishes in each category that's done well. I could taste the aluminum from the can of the salsa and black beans that I ordered with my dish. The chicken was overcooked in the kitchen. Therefore, it continued to cook and harden on the skillet brought to the table. Additionally, the chicken wasn't cut, making it difficult to cut with a knife. Once the sizzling chicken arrived, so did the two biggest flies I've ever seen. I had to constantly fan between preparing my dish and bites.
I realize that I'm not in Mexico or S. California, but when the entire staff is Hispanic, I expect close to authentic Mexican food. Not much effort is put into the dishes, and it shows. It's mediocre at best.
