This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, and uninformed business I have ever contacted. I contact your business to do a Employee Verification and your staff ask me who do I need to speak to?. SMH Next you transfer me to Human Resources and some rude young lady picks up and says "You gotta call back Monday when HR is in." and hangs the phone up. Train your staff on professionalism. And to think this company is dealing with the health care of patients. NO WAY....IMPOSSIBLE

Pruitt health is a great place for the elderly, there staff Brandi and Mrs Jameson were outstanding my mama was evaluated and all the procedures taken care of faster than I could have ever imagined with her needing immediate assistance!! They are very nice, courteous, and professional with there patients the facilities are clean and nurses work and care for your loved ones every day as far as i can see !!!!

The rule of 14 day quarantine is not good for the patient. So you can not visit your loved one. Right or WRONG, Rules are Rules. The patient phone # they give you to talk to your loved one is never answered. The rule of not being able to visit is not the best for patient care. They think you have abandoned them. No tv or telephone in the rooms. They just sit in the room and feel sorry for themselves with no interaction to stimulate their mind, when it is not their fault that they are there only temporarily. If you want to leave your loved one and forget about them, this is the place to go because you can not get to even talk to them or visit them.

Went to visit a friend. Scheduled a visit online. The front office staff was wonderful. We got to the waiting area to visit a friend. The lady who greeted us was kind. There was a Nurse was very rude, Judy. Opened the curtain and rudely said “who are you?” We told her who we were she stated she had no knowledge and of our visitation and we showed her the emails and confirmation of our visiting time. She then blamed it on the scheduling nurse. As if that experience was wasn’t bad enough there were fleas in the waiting area. We were told we could visit for 20 mins we were only were able to see our friend for maybe 15.
