Everything is well done. Eggs, bacon, grits and biscuits for the win. I'm usually skeptical of super thick biscuits, because the very middle is usually doughie. Q's biscuits are perfection. I put the egg on one half of the biscuit before piercing the yoke, so the runny goodness soaks into the flaky yumminess.
