I was there 4/6 at about 12:45 2nd girl on the left. Friendly enough, haircut was the way I like it, but when she used her electric shaver on my neck when finished it was like she was burning my hair off, each time it was a sharp burning feeling across my neck. When my daughter looked at it she says it's like a first degree burn across my neck putting antibiotic cream on it. Can't figure it out, it hurts.Couldnt wait to get out of chair. This is my 3rd time in Thomasville and I've used Tallahassee also but was not happy with them. Thank You I wouldn't want her to use them on a small child.

First time with Master Cosmotologist Kimberly. Based on information on file, she was able to provide a quality haircut. The sides are a little short and won't lie down but as fast as my hair grows, that will soon take care of itself.

Walked right in and straight to the hot seat. Was out in 15 minutes. That's saying something with the mop she had to work through. Great job!!

I really cant believe the ridiculous amount of unprofessionalism that we experienced at this location. My daughter, who is 5 went in for a hair cut, the rude woman Trish( this is the second time shes butchered someones hair in front of me, btw) I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, since the location was full and I had a schedule to keep! She literally looked at my daughter and said you need to sit still, I dont want to make your hair ugly! to my 5 year old! right about the time I was going to bring it to the owner and operators attention, she walked by and laughed at the comment, unbelievable! I will never go here again and I will tell all of Thomasville how horrible the service is! Trish if you personally read this, you are the ugly one, dont ever look at a child and say something like that, especially mine!!!!! By the way, you dont know how to cut hair either and you have no patience what so ever, do us all a favor and get a new career!
