Although I was not as pleased with the florist and what I thought it should look like, I called them. I was not after a refund, I wanted the owner to know it was not the best. As a business owner, I'd want someone to do that for me. Owner INSISTED on refunding the order. THAT is customer service. I will use again. I would not had if the owner had not been so nice.

I not happy with the flowers that someone paid $80 for my mom. And its a $30 maybe at other stores. Also was told that someone had to come to their car to get the flowers. Very unhappy.

Placed an 80 dollar bouquet and looks like it was a 45 dollar bouquet from Kroger. Would not recommend.

I placed an order a week and a day ago for a friend who had surgery yesterday, to be delivered today after she is discharged from the hospital. I hadnt heard anything from the florist so I started calling yesterday morning and called all day to no answer. I finally received a call this morning, only for the lady to tell me that they dont have the succulent arrangement I ordered, nor do they carry succulents at all. I informed her that I ordered this arrangement over a week ago and it would have been nice for them to tell me before the day my friend is discharged from the hospital so I could make other arrangements. She never once apologized, but did offer to make a fresh floral arrangement, which I declined as my friend wont be able to care for them. This is just extremely disappointing since I placed the order well in advance and would have expected they call far sooner to notify me of an issue as now its going to cost more than double the delivery fee since its last minute. Highly disappointing.
