I had an antique brass finished plate engraved for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. They did an amazing job with the engraving and it came out perfect. My in-laws are going to love it! They did exactly what I wanted and Mathew was extremely knowledgeable about what would look best. I would highly recommend this company if you have anything that you want to have engraved. I called Specialty Engraving on a Friday with an order that needed to be ready for Tuesday. The order was ready on time and done with great quality. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for engraving and trophies/awards.

UPDATE: I tried to reach out to the company again and they were able to help and provide something that really was special to my dad. I am glad I gave them a second chance. The only downside was that it took a while to get a response through email, and I needed to constantly check up. Overall I do recommend them, and they definitely made up from the first business interaction I had with them. I had inquired about getting an engraving done for my dad because my grandpa passed away this past summer. I tried to get it before Christmas, but I inquired too late, and that was my fault. I was okay with receiving it after Christmas, and I emailed the information to Pat, but I got no response back. I emailed Pat again after the holidays, and I still got no response. I was very surprised and disappointed with the poor customer service.
