UPDATE: Still a great experience at this location. Lug was damaged, but it was unclear if it was caused by Discount Tire or Mavis. Discount tire offered to have the lug replacement taken care of by a local shop. That's business integrity! Great experience. Chris and Brian were extremely helpful and patient...even after my third trip in to talk with them about new wheels and tires. Received every discount that was available to me including a "good will" discount through Falken because my OEM tires didn't wear well at all. Install was quick and well done. I'll be back.

The folks at this Discount tire are fantastic. We booked online and paid online. They were able to accommodate the appointment and were very prompt. Place is absolutely clean and they had a good variety of options for tires. The staff took the time to explain the state of my tires and took care of replacing new tires in less than 30 mins. They serve and carry EV tires which was a great advantage. They can provide other minor service options as well like wiper blades but the staff basically is the best Free WiFi while you wait and you can actually sit and see your car being worked on

Gerson and his team were extremely accommodating to my situation. They were helpful and explained everything clearly. Nothing but a great experience. Definitely buying tires from discount tire in the future.
