I would like to thank the ladies over at ALH|Poland for their due diligence when I was having a problem with my air. They followed the reqired steps and got service out to my home. My kids and were very pleased with the outcome and the resolution of the problem. MV

This is an update to a previous post. If there was a half star rating, they wouldn't deserve it. I prematurely gave them a positive rating shortly after moving in. These Russians are the worst people you would ever want to rent from or do business with. They lie about the costs, they don't provide the amenities they promise, and then take more money than they should out of your deposit. Ex:. They advertised a fenced yard. When we got there, there were no fences. Then they said they were going to install one for us if we rented the house. Later they told us that we would have to pay for the fence. Well we were in the house with 2 dogs by then. We needed a fence. So we paid several hundred dollars to have a fence put in. We also made some repairs to the floors with clear coat wax. The owners would not give one dime of credit to us for our materials or effort. We made the hardwood floors incredibly beautiful. These owners were so greedy it was insane. When we moved they charged us $75.00 for a 6.00 plastic blind where one inch broke off. It was cheap plastic. You know the kind. There were no damages to the entire home. They also refused to give us credit for the fence or the floors we re-did. Throughout the time we were there they charged us for fees their bank charged them when it was the Wells Fargo bank's error. Remember when Wells Fargo got in trouble for charging fake fees and secretly opening duplicate accounts? It was during that time. These Russians charged us for three 75.00 fees we did not incur. I would seriously wonder if all those positive ratings are valid. It doesn't add up. For example on the rating from Igor: "Igor" was the guy who handled the alarm systems when we lived there. It is unlikely that those unscrupulous Russians at Alhpodland suddenly became humane and that all of those renters had good things to say. They owned and managed this property. Find some customer-friendly home to rent, someone who can do business in an ethical manner. Otherwise, you will regret it.

I've been meaning to write a review for them for the longest time. They have been nothing but professional and the best to work with. If there is an issue it is fixed. If we need to get in contact with them, they are available. If something needs to get done, it gets done. I will continue to use their services and highly recommend them.
