Product just started to over flow everywhere. They can't offer support over the phone or recommend any service in my area. Only a 2 year warranty on a large dehumidifier. So a pretty poor service company and product.

Faulty products, very slow response time for warranty replacement (months), does not honor warranty on replacement items when the same issue occurs.

I don't want to give this company any stars! The A/C unit (AP1419CR1G) has a COVER to the cool air outlet. The one I have the hinge that open and closes the cover is broken, which makes this $424 A/C useless! For a number of reasons to long to list here. The unit is a year old and hasn't been used maybe 100 hours. This means the 1 year warranty is up, I get that. BUT, I STILL NEED and want a replacement COVER. When this unit was working it was perfect for the room. That's why I want to fix it. The Encompass Team, I was told to call, does not have the COVER on the list of replacement accessories. That's why I can't get the COVER. And, no one will give me anymore help. That's some customers service.
At this point there is absolutely no way I'd recommend this company nor their products to anyone! Next step BBB.
