The lady in the front desk CAMYRA was VERY RUDE and she said the car was in the body shop and made us sit for more than 30 mins and we were rushing to airport because its about for the traffic time and had to sit and wait for the car, we got struck in traffic. She just sat on a computer desk and spoke from behind the computer with a very rude tone.She went out and we sat alone there for about 15 mins she came back in and in a very rude way said there is a car do you want to take it or no.

They way overcharged me. In addition, they charged me for rental insurance after I told them my insurance plan already covers rental cars. I would STAY away from this place! They WILL rip you off.

Shaw was the best! We use the Suwanee Branch on PIB for the outstanding service we always receive. If I could choose an agent to always work with I would choose Shaw!!

Difficult to get in contact with this location from the start. My insurance set up a reservation, but when I called the rep tried to upsell me beyond what was provided by insurance. More conversations with my insurance and too much time on hold, I confirmed my 'intermediate' reservation. The Friday before I required a Monday rental, I called to confirm. They stated the rental would be at my local body shop when I arrived to drop off my car for repairs. IT WAS NOT. Not only was I told incorrectly, 2 others were told a car would be ready at the repair shop. Instead, after 3 people called Enterprise (including the repair office staff) they sent a van to pick up all up and drove like a bat-out-of-hell to then have us check in and wait for the vehicles to be cleaned. Luckily the repair shop called when I dropped the keys off yesterday, because 3 phone calls across 2 days have gone unanswered. Maybe I will get my $50 deposit back. 2 stars because at least the car was new and clean.

I needed a rental car and enterprise was there for me. Excellent costumer service and very well cleaned vehicle's. I would rent from them again if need be.
