        I have been very frustrated about a part for a ventless fireplace insert. While this part has been excessively delayed, Bolton did follow-up and more than addressed my concerns.

        I found Bolton on the web for the Atlanta area and called them. Lionel came and was very courteous, professional and responsive. He gave me suggestions about keeping my home safe and gave instruction as related to gas fireplaces. He was very knowledgeable and I will certainly call them for any other needs I may have. I highly suggest their services. They repaired my fireplace within 45 minutes and was on time for our appointment. It made my day easy.
