Ordered pizza around 4:30 pm on a Friday night i called around 6pm when I hadnt gotten my order and was told it was only one driver but she was on the way. Fast forward to Saturday morning. Im out of money and no pizza because they didnt turn deliveries off last night because they had no driver. Even called them and held on the phone for 2 hours while they keep picking up and sending me to hold. Unprofessional and unacceptable go somewhere where they know how to treat paying customers

I had yet another bad experience ordering from Pizza Hut and I contacted customer service about. Unfortunately nothing was done about that particular store! A week later I tried again with an order---only to find myself more furious! The store for my zip code is 30021, and I have to deal with the staff workers at that Pizza Hut! The Owner, CEO, Corporate office etc. needs to reassure better leadership, training and delivery at the Stone Mountain (Memorial Bend Shopping). It is beyond sad I order my pizza on 6/20 at 5:23p EST and it was nearly 7p when I called the store for an update. The female associate answered and I asked to speak to the manager.. another associate (male) picked up the phone with just a hello! Instead of saying "Hello thank you for calling Pizza Hut" as the female did. I said, I want to talk to the manager. He said, "the manager is very busy" etc. I said, I want to talk to the manager! After quickly putting me on hold, the "manager Tiara" picked up the call. I said, its almost 7p and I had to call just for you to say "my order is being cancelled because we only have one delivery driver and her car just broke down.." I said, why didn't you call me immediately when you knew this---especially when I was just told you didn't have a delivery driver all day?!?! This the second time this has happen! Unless Pizza Hut corporate does something about that store, and I have a better experience I will not at this point recommend Pizza Hut.
