UPDATE: Our son is now 2.5 and he still adores Patty as do we!
Patty is AMAZING! She is kind, easy-going, joyful, everything we could want for a daycare provider! Our 8 month old has been going to Baby Bear for the last two months and he LOVES it! Hes always babbling away and smiling when we pick him up, and excited to jump into Pattys arms when we drop him off. The socialization with the other kids has been fantastic for his development, and we look forward to sending him to Patty for as long as we possibly can!

Had a horrible experience when making inquiries. It was impossible to even apply. She blocked me after only a few (9 throughout our entire conversations, to be exact) normal questions. I dont think I have been disrespectful in any way. Also, by looking at the photos, I see ZERO diversity. She has a questionnable system of selecting applicants.
I have NEVER refused to get on the waitlist. I asked whether I needed to register to get on the waitlist. She said I cannot register until we meet and there is an opening. So I offered to meet at her convenience when I saw there were two openings in September. To be fair, I asked about starting on 11/20/2023 when I offered to meet, it was on 4/17/2023. Her response was I do not have opening and not sure what I will gave then. Its a long time away. I have others on my wait list too. So I dont know why she claimed I refused to get on the waitlist.
At first I did ask about starting on 1/1/2024. But later circumstances on my end changed, and I needed to start in November of this year. She kept saying she had a lot of people on the waitlist, thats why I felt the need to contact her earlier than say a month before the start date. I saw on her website that there were openings in September, so I asked about starting in September of this year, which was a little over 3 months away.
Throughout our conversations, she usually didnt reply immediately, which I expect and totally understand as it was a business account. So I thought her phone was set up not to receive notifications. Thats why when I got up to pump at 3am, I messaged her with two questions (about starting in September). Waking her up was not my intention. If I did, Im sorry about that.

Patty is the best. She is very accommodating, flexible and genuine. She loves all her kids and they really love her. My daughter loves going there so it will be sad to see her eventually transition to preschool.

Patty is the most wonderful, friendly, caring person who truly loves all her little ones. We are so happy and lucky to have her as part of our "family". We started at KinderCare but didn't like the institutional feel. The personal attention she gives each child is outstanding. She offers a curriculum for the tots and our daughter is speaking at a age 3 level at 2 plus starting to potty train. Patty also has a large fenced in backyard. The children are out for hours of time whenever the weather is good! Very different from the one hour per day at KinderCare.
We highly recommend Baby Bear Daycare!
