O'Reilly Auto Parts

It's truly sad when you just hire a body in an auto parts store that has absolutely no information/knowledge related to a car. I needed to get my check engine light checked, the young man checked and printed it out. I asked a question about the report and he said, "I don't know" and proceeded on with somethi else. And was dead serious! Not to mention, I came in and I was the only one in the store and the young man and older lady proceeded to help a man that came in after i did and then I politely asked, are you available to assist me now, after I had to watch them help someone else whom they knew. I will never come back to this Oreilly's. Until they hire QUALIFIED people to represent a part store!!! Geesh!!!!

I've had to replace my Jeep's battery and headlight bulbs... on both occasions, OReilly Auto Parts in Stone Mountain has had the parts in stock for a reasonable price... and their customer service is on point! They will tell you what may be the problem and help you find a solution! Knowledgeable staff, excellent stock/supply, and great accessories to shop while you're waiting! It's good to know there's a place like O'Reillys when your vehicle starts acting up and the dealership just isn't an option!
