I always eat there and have a good experience.however this time the waitress at the bar was very rude.she disappeared and when she finally came back .the bar was closed. NO PROBLEM.I won't be returning.Very disappointed @the poor customer service.

Horrible service. The food took forever for some people and 30 minutes longer for others we had a waitress with an attitude telling us to go if the rest of our party wouldn't be there shortly. They had 3 hours till closing and they wanted to kick us out when the place was empty so we weren't taking up any seats. The food was tasteless and to top it all off the tips are demanded there. The waitress didn't deserve a tip. A no star experience

The customer service is horrible! We waited an hour for our food and the order was incomplete. We never got a refill on our drinks and not to mention the tea was sour. Waited 30 minutes for a check. I will not be back!!!

I was very excited to use my Groupon for Pueblo Mio. However, I was greatly disappointed with the food and service. It seems like the waitress heard "Groupon" and disappeared for the rest of our meal. The table was never cleared and our drinks were never refilled. Furthermore, on the Groupon ad it shows a vibrant, colorful fajita skillet. Ours was bland and boring looking with just onions and green peppers. When I asked if they had red peppers, I was told "No". Is this even possible at a Mexican restaurant??? The chips were stale. The cheese tasted nothing like queso and more like melted white American cheese. The refried beans came straight from the can. The Margaritas were clearly pure Margarita mix with no alcohol. I'm assuming this because I didn't taste and alcohol and they did not bother to ask for ID. The experience was just bad.. Michael Jackson "Bad"
