After getting a pleasant call back, as well as a follow-up call back, and getting my issue resolved, I am updating my review. It took a lot to resolve a violation that did not exist but going forward I think maybe I can get whatever issues that may arise resolved in a timely manner.

They suck they want personal date and asking for closing document why we need to give them closing document no need to give you personal data to them they suck and racial profil

I honestly don't know why we've been paying them since 2014 to just ride around the community taken pictures for us to pay outrageous fines for things that's on our own property. We have no amenities in our community and the common areas that's their responsibility isn't well kept which is just the two front entrances. Our community is not big at all. Some years ago, we paid them thousands of dollars; billed $100 a week, for having a basketball goal in our own drive way; when other homes in the neighborhood have one and one yard is unkept with a goal right at the front entrance nothing to this day has changed as its still the same; basketball goal and unkept since 2014. Our side looks horrible at the front entrance and notices were sent to the residents to to pressure wash our drive ways and sidewalk, etc are there will be a fine. Only a few residents have done this including us but again front entrance looks horrible. I say they are very selective who they charge and do nothing for our property.
