Bought flowers from Kathys a few years ago and my wife was happy. My son dropped by today to look at a few items for prom and discovered their business is closed and the building is up for sale.

I wanted to help out a mom and pop store but I guess God is keeping me away...they do not answer the phone. I did not want to go to Kroger. :( The reviews are awful; keep reading. 3 stars to keep their rating around what it is when I leave my review; since I really did not get to have an actual experience.

Very disappointed in both the service and the product received from this florist. The floral I ordered was from her website, it contained several roses, peonies, carnations, small mums, and greenery. The arrangement she delivered did not remotely resemble the arrangement I ordered. Instead of a beautiful bouquet I received would appear to be a five dollar bouquet from the Kroger supermarket.When I called back to express my disappointment Miss Kathy was rude and unapologetic. I refuse to be disrespectful because she was a older lady. However it was no excuse for the poor customer service. She offered no recourse for this situation.
