So I was supposed to be given a procedure to remove part of my herniated disc in my upper back due to a car accident but instead of actually doing the procedure they sedated me and gave me and then woke me back up without ever doing anything, then at the checkup was told "oh no we didnt remove anything we just shrunk the disc" but yet every primary care doctors visit I had they did a xray and proved that this company only does a placebo effect treatment ( meaning they tell you they have done something without doing it to get your brain to trick itself into thinking it has been done) just so they can turn around and then actually charge you for the real procedure that they should have done from the start. It is 2 years later and now can barely get out of bed without help, and now being told by this sham of a facility that anything "extra" ( even they never did the actual procedure) was now to be paid out of pocket because my case is closed and these problems shouldn't be there even they never did anything to fix it, this company scams you and the insurance companies PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!!! Also just remember that medicine and medical practices are exactly that!!! A practice of medicine, they dont know what they are doing they just act like it

I came here at the end of March for severe back and leg pain, got a MRI in April. And from the MRI I was told surgery would be my only solution to my problem. Schedule a surgery date for July 2nd, the week of surgery the office contacted me to advise that Dr. Freidman was sick so I rescheduled for July 19th. Unfortunately,my covid test comes back positive. So when I go to reschedule after 2 weeks I get a date of 9/2. Unfortunately, my employer went thru a transition and an insurance changed occurred. So surgery did not go as scheduled yet again. I then get new insurance and speak with scheduler and I'm advised the next available date would be 9/23. So after raising hell because I've been in severe pain since March for a quicker pre cert and sooner surgery date. Dr Freidman then contacts me and CLAIMS after taking another look at MRI, I would need a fusion. The thing here is, he doesn't do fusions and now I'm being referred to a new Dr. I typed all of this to say if my MRI was adequately assessed initially I could've been referred out and prob could've possibly been had the surgical procedure to get me out of the severe pain I've been in since March. This is the biggest disappointment because the only reason I feel this happened is because I gave push back for a sooner date for surgery. It makes no other sense to me that this never came up in any of my visits until I gave push back. I will never refer anyone here going forward. The lack of empathy and just unprofessionalism is a big turn off when you're in sever pain!!!!!! On this day, I'm still in sever pain, still have to wait 9/23 to be seen by the new dr, and no surgery date still! I'm so sad, disappointed, and depressed from this severe pain I've been in since March! And pain meds do NOTHING.

This doctor should not be a doctor at all, her staff will say whatever you want to hear to get to in there to Bill your insurance! Including tell you she knows how to read mri reports and imaging...SHE DOES NOT LISTEN EVEN BASIC SYMPTOMS before cutting you off...she also only will have you as a patient if she can repeatedly bill your insurance for cortisone shots. I should have known she was a cortisone/scam mill NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL WHO CARES ABOUT PATIENT OR QUALITY OF LIVING when they made the appointment without reviewing any imaging or records, also when she read an extensive mri report in 30 seconds, looked at no images and had the whole treatments mapped out and ready to Bill for a year...it’s these doctors that make people loose faith in medical practice.
