Ordered delivery on the app and waited over an hour just to call the store and then tell me that DoorDash may or may not pick up the order and deliver, I then told them ok I will come to the store, I get there and they tell me it was just picked up. Drive back home expecting cold food but no food. Called the store and they told that they could refund me the next day. Probably never going to eat here again.

The Shanes in Covington off 278 needs to shut down. We just ordered Lemon pepper smoked wings that were so tiny, not smoked and smothered on 2 inches of fake butter rhat looking at them make you want to puke, we ordered grilled buff Q tenders and got over cooked fried nuggets with no sauce and finally a salad most of the lettuce was brown ans the tomatoes were translucent. WHERE IS SHANE!!!! THERE IS CUSTOMER NO SERVICE. Horrible. This star should show negitive. You will never get my business again and ive been eating Shanes for over 18 years

Food is OK but the people at the Columbus GA are rude. I tried to order one of the family specials from their website and she said "I don't think we don't have specials" she sounded new, so not a big deal that she didn't know offhand. I asked her to double check w her Manager since it says their location has those specials. She put me on hold then hung up on me. What a nice Christian company.
