        This is my second travel trailer purchase from Ellis and both times I was extremely impressed with the personable service and down home feel. I haven't ever been to another dealer because I just never felt the need. Robert, Ted, and all the staff are helpful and knowledgeable with tips, tricks, parts... With The first one I bought, the water tank straps gave way the first time I filled it with water. Robert came to my house that night and fixed the issue because we had a trip the next day. What more could you ask for?
