        I come here pretty frequently. The young man who takes my order is such a pleasant service worker. The manager yelled at him for having too many crackers in the bag. Coming from someone who works in a food service industry as a worker and manager the way she spoke to him in that moment in front of customers was unnecessary. I understand the surplus and things cost money but she could have lowered her tone and talked to him like a human being.
