Dr. John Pournelle is the best dentist around! He has the sweetest staff and he is extremely kind! He takes his time to explain everything and really listens to his customers. We love Dr. John and would recommend him to anyone!!

Every time I went he never spoke. Never explained what he was about to do and seemed annoyed when I would ask I went in for a few fillings and had to switch dentists due to the fact that he refused to acknowledge an actively rotting tooth and would rather work on One filling at a time. Never answered the phone but canceled our appointments at multiple times. Staff was friendly but what does that do when you have to go somewhere else and they tell you how messed up your fillings are, that they have go completely redo them? I definitely don’t recommend this dentist office at all. Good luck to you if you do choose to go, maybe Pournelle actually do his job.

Not sure they’re having a bad day or was short staff or what, called Front desk to let them know my son who is almost 18 in his capable of going by yourself was outside, But I also wanted to talk to her or Someone about a tooth that’s been giving him trouble, she would not even let me explain heard me off the phone and said will call him when we’re ready and click that was it, and per my 17-year-old son when he went in there he said they wouldn’t even talk to him and was rushing to get a filling done, And he does have more than one filling Unfortunately several and I don’t understand why they could not do at least two fillings per visit? Except for more $$! After he left he said he didn’t feel like he needed to go back there anymore because they were not friendly at all toward him and he was referring to the dentist and dental assistant I’m assuming because he didn’t say anything about the front desk but I’ve already had an issue with whoever she was to begin with. Will be calling to get dental records and change and dentist after I talk to them again in attempt this one more time tomorrow.
