Dr. Raja Ram is completely incompetent. Treats patients like cattle. quality of care is lacking as they value quanity over quality of care. The financial gain outweighs the patient care. strongly suggest finding a PCP who actually cares about you and not their BMW M3.

I love this office!! The Doctors, Nurses, and Front Office Staff are Amazing!! The service is great!! They are all very friendly, and welcoming.On several occasions, I went in as a walk in with there speedy service I was in and out less than thirty minutes!! I highly recommend the Snellville location to my family and friends.

Dr. Ram, Ms. Cathy and Ms. Hope are amazing. They are so friendly, caring and make you feel at home there. I have had nothing but great experiences.

I did my blood work on February 22nd and as of today, February 28th I don't have blood results. Every day I have been calling to get copy of my blood results and no one gives me. All they say is Doctor will review it and call you. Their patient portal is for show off only. It does not update when the reports are available. Found out today that the lab results were received by clinic on Friday and left on Doctor's desk to review. what is so difficult in giving a copy of patient's own lab results? I don't think it is right. I used to get a copy within 1 business day with my previous doctor. I used to request them to fax me and they used to fax me immediately. To get a copy of my result is my right as a patient, they can't hold me for 1 week to get my copy. Very frustrated...
