I called to ask when I could bring my car in to have the radiator checked and he said I could come in and have the car looked at in the morning on a Monday after our vacation. I could not make it though when we got back due to delays in our trip. So I called back to ask when I could bring it in to which the Indian person curtly responded that I will have to work on the mechanic's schedule and he listed exactly 1 time the following day (at 330) that I could come in. I work and could not make it then. I was going to ask him what other times would work, when he interrupted me to say that he does not have time to go over such things with me, and to take it to someone else who can go over times with me. Ok, well I guess I will. There are business hours listed, if it does not apply to when I can bring in the car I do not understand why they are listed at all. Waste of my time, and I have never been treated with such hostility for simply asking when I can bring my car in. Wow. I do not usually write reviews but I will make an exception here.

I had a very good experience. I was referred to TI Auto Sales by someone who had had a good experience. T I is an honest man and prides himself in selling good reliable used cars with the willingness to right any wrong. I purchased a car just over a month ago and I look forward to a long relationship with this company. Hard to find a trustworthy car salesman but I did with T I. Highly recommended.

Scam artist. Do not buy a car from here!!!!!!!! I recently got in a car accident in Jan and had to replace my old Lexus and went to an off brand dealer BIG MISTAKE. The car initially had an oil leak, the back seat headrest was missing, the electric socket did not work and the a/c did not work. I informed the owner of these issues before I gave the other half of the money and he said he would take care of them. Gave him the money and it was not fixed at all. He said he couldn't fix the a/c until it was 60 degrees or more < LIES!! It's NOW 100 degree weather outside and I'm sweating profusely and he refuses to fix my a/c stating "I don't owe you anything". Later found out that there was something wrong with the intake body and the car cuts off every time I come to a stop. I'm 22 years old and a college student and that's how he treated me. I will be filing a lawsuit.
