Run away from them! Typical bait and switch. A simple pump septic tank, they told you a price and once there they will give you another higher price (40% higher) for the same thing. Very bad business!

Ken and his helper were amazing today. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable with what they were doing. They fully explained the process and the cost was very reasonable for the work required. I would recommend them to anyone. I will say the only issue I had was when I called the office. It was a little odd and made me question if I was okay.

I must say Action Septic Pro, LLC is the best hands down. Ken and Cody are great and they do a great job even in emergency situations. They are very detailed and professional and will find the issue and get it resolved. I highly recommend these guys and wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!!

Ken & Cody not only fixed the backed-up sewer line but did a great job pumping and fixing my septic tank. Highly recommended.
