If you're reading this, I highly recommend you DO NOT do business with this company. My home warranty hired a plumber from them to diagnose a toilet issue. The plumber charged me over $800 for the DIAGNOSIS alone. He didn't fix ANYTHING. He wanted and additional $2800 to fix the problem. He was also very abrasive and impatient. Nightmare experience. Please do not be fooled by the good reviews. There are much better plumbers with more experience and cost-efficient. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Toilet repair

Do not call or book with this trash of a company for any of your plumbing needs. I am highly disappointed at my home warranty company for working with this company. They will show up a week later. Ive never had such a rude experience in less than 5mins. Brent was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Didnt seem like he wanted to help or even take a look at the issue. Men talk to you very different when you are a woman and they would never talk to a man like that. I felt very threatened in my own home by his unprofessionalism tone and didnt even want the services done.
