Dr. Nancy R. Griner

Dr. Griner is an exceptional doctor. She is PASSIONATE and THOROUGH, getting right to the issue before small talk. Last fall, I had ongoing sinus drainage from my right nostril. After it persisted, consistently on the right side only, i knew that wasn't normal. I was pleasantly surprised to see Dr. Griner was still practicing in Snellville. She treated my sons 20+ yrs ago. I was able to get an app't within the week and it took less 15 mins from the time I arrived until she was in the exam room. She wasted no time verifying my symptoms and quickly found a polyp in my nostril. She insisted I get a CT scan to determine exactly what was going on. I was reluctant since my insurance deductibles are high. AN IMPORTANT REMINDER...A PICTURE IS WORTH 1000 WORDS!! The scan revealed the back tooth on the upper right side was badly infected, causing the sinus issue and needed to be removed. The Dentist agreed that is was decayed and infected even though I had no pain from the tooth. Removing the tooth and follow up meds cleared up the drainage and dissolved polyp, preventing a likely surgery . THANK YOU DR. GRINER for insisting we go the extra mile to eliminate the guesswork!!!

This doctor is the most unprofessional , inhuman and rude Dr I have ever come across. we took our 15 years old son to her for for bump in the outer ear and ear wax removal. first she came into the room and didn't answer our greetings or acknowledge us, no eye contact . and my son was at the door going to the bathroom when she came in. She asked ,my son were he was going and he told her he was going to use the bathroom her response was " go and sit down it won't take more than 5 mins".I wanted to say something but my husband gave me a sign and told me my son to see if he can hold it for few minutes.This doctor finished her exam and proceed to remove the ear wax without softening it. My son screamed because of the pain , all this woman could say was that she can't take it out if he was moving like that . " I will take it out when I put you to sleep to remove the bump in the ear , now you can go to the bathroom why I talk to you parents". when we left the exam room my son begged us not to let this doctor do the procedure. I assured my son not to worry , i know that I will not let her touch my child even if she was the only ENT Dr in Atlanta. When I left I could not hold myself and believe me I am not the type to keep quite in such situation, I told my husband and son to wait for me and I went back to the office . The Dr was seeing another patient and I couldn't wait so I told the receptionist my piece of mind. But in all fairness the office staff were polite and nice but that doctor need to retire.

I refuse to even acknowledge her as a doctor because she is so unprofessional. The rudest appointment I have ever had. She is extremely disrespectful and cuts you off at every question. She sits back and dismisses anything you have to say and then laughs at you. Her staff was nice but its obvious she is not a nice person. I would not recommend giving her your money or wasting your time. She may have professional documents but she does not carry a professional attitude. And if someone does see her, please tell her to wipe the disgusting red makeup off all her teeth behind that smug look of hers, I didn't care to do so.

Went to her for ears that had pressure and fluid. She did a test and said something was wrong with my hearing and just happened to have someone that specializes in hearing tests . Went to another dr and was told I had a sinus infection and fluid in ears.
