This is the worst place around to ever choose and book your appointment for eyecare. Today, I was there for my eye exam so I can have new prescription for new glasses. After the exam, I had everything paid for in full. This payment covered the exam, frame, and new glasses. I then asked to have a copy of my prescription. I had my prescription but my PD was excluded from the report. Asked why I cannot have access to my PD information, she replied " I cannot give you such information." " I can be sued if the prescription was used to make new glasses elsewhere" she added. I saw that statement as absolute greed and a way to dictate for the patients where to obtain their glasses. I knew the lady, Cindy lied with that very flimsy excuse. I have never heard such big lie from any eyecare agent that a patient can be denied information about their visit. This is apparently a wrong place to choose or use for eyecare. Definitely, I will NOT recommend this place to anyone for eyecare. Wrong place to be - not sincere with their customer care practice.

I have been going to Dr Godlewski for about 29 years. Started when I cut my cornea on a Saturday - he met me at his office on a Saturday when I was not even a patient of his. He now treats my whole family - he is not in network for me, but I willingly will pay out of pocket to be able to see this Dr. He is just that good! He makes sure that you are all that matters when he is seeing you and that is a rare find these days.

Issue with medical insurance vs vision insurance and instead of trying to speak to me with professionalism and kindness to discuss the issue, the office manager chose to raise her voice to me and talk over me to 'get me to hear her' (her words). HORRIBLE customer service and will not be back. My family has gone to Godlewski for 20 plus years.
