Anyone can be a service provider, however, not everyone provides amazing, & outstanding customer service. But Courtnee does! The minute I walked into her suite, I knew I'd made the right choice. She was welcoming, extremely pleasant and very professional. Courtnee cares about her clients and it's obvious loves what she does. She's a boho chic like myself so the vibe was natural. And don't get me started on the scalp massage she gave me when she was shampooing and conditioning my hair... I was in relaxation heaven and nearly dozed off! I got a rod set, she did a great job and I love it! My hair has a new haircare home, and she's very happy. Services: Hair colouring, Curly hair, Hairstyling

Ms. Courtnee is very helpful and knows what she is talking about! She was the one who peaked my interest in hair color in the first place. Her services are really top tier. My color turned out spot on, I was pleased and I’ll always trust her with my hair.

I just wish we could go back to hairdressers that have one set fee for a hair style. I went in for a specific service and in the end was charged an extra $55 for my hair to be "Blow Dried". Since when does a wash not come with a blow dry?? Craziness. Never Again. If I was told before hand that I would be charged a "blow-drying" fee, I definitely would have cancelled. I'll just take the L and find another stylist who cares about your hair and not ripping people off. Anything for a come up these days. Be careful...the prices on the site are deceiving. You won't know about the extra charge until the end of the appt. If you do decide to go here, MAKE SURE TO CALL FIRST TO GET THE AMOUNT OF YOUR SERVICE. It will save you the hassle of disputing with your bank. SMH

Courtnee did an amazing job on my hair! I’m so glad I found her to do my natural hair. She trimmed it and silk pressed it exactly how I wanted it. Thank you so much again!
