The locksmith sent out, arrived within 30 minutes of my call, and was extremely helpful and polite. Alexander explained what was wrong with the locking mechanism, what was required to fix it and advised the cost of each part required, as well as the time charge, so I was aware of the full costs before the repair was carried out. Very happy with outcome.

The technician arrived promptly to replace our broken opener. We were given all of our options and chose the best one for us. He programmed the remotes for the cars after the opener was installed. Overall, excellent work!
