I went to dine with my family today for lunch. We weren’t greeted, or seated initially . Not until I made the comment “ I’m going to the restroom if you are not seated when I come back we can cook at the house†immediately after that stament a server named Jamal, said my apologies I was just cleaning this table. And I’ll seat you or you can sit where ever you like. The bathroom was dirty both stalls had some kind of urine or feces on and in the toilet. When I came out my family was seated , however the booster seat for my son was filthy, and the table was sticky and had dust and condiments underneath the container. Thinking this visit would get better. My food was brought out with a couple of missing ingredients, however the worst part of that was I was served regular meat when requested a veggie patty . After many apologies from Jamal and him showing me on the ticket it said veggie, he insure that another would be made. When I was brought the second time. It had hair in it😡 at this point I’m completely done. With this entire dirty , nasty, unsanitary experience from this establishment. So the server Jamal gets the manager who comes looking like the head cook, dripping with sweat and a filthy apron . Absolutely not a great representation of management but unfortunately the perfect representation of the experience My family and I had. My next step is calling the health department. This Denny’s is a joke,

Ordered sunny side up eggs and received extremely undercooked eggs. Sent them back and received slightly less undercooked eggs. Our server seemed aggravated towards my complaint and exasperated.

I wish I would have taken a video of this experience. My family gets together a couple of times a year to go to this Denny's. I arrived and asked to be seated for a party of 9. We have been doing this since this location opened. The person who greeted us said that they could not sit our party because we needed a reservation. I had her get the manager and he expressed the same thing stating that this was a new policy they implemented 2 weeks ago. I tried to convince them to seat us anyway since we were unaware and they still refused. One thing to know is they had only 2 or 3 families in the diner at this time. They were not busy. I go outside to see all of the family showing up. I decided to go back in and ask one more time if they could make an exception. This is my parents favorite place to take us to when we can all get together. The manager still says no and I ask if he could contact his manager or owner. He attempts to call them. While he is making the call, one of the ladies yells from the back that we need to leave the property or they were going to call the cops to have us removed. I will say we never yelled or showed anger. They were just unreasonable and claimed they were not going to disobey store policy. I have never heard of treatment like this. Who turns away business, especially a group of 9 people? That is a large ticket which can help make numbers for a business. If they do not want to serve the public, they should close their business rather than create these kinds of moments. If this a true reflection of Denny's, my family will not be going back and I recommend the same for everyone else reading this!
