Dr. Dillard and all his professionals made me feel so comfortable. They are able to do a whole crown, not send off a mold. It was all done in one day. A high tech office with a feeling of family. Dr. Dillard recently gave me a referral for implants. Love FAMILY FIRST

After being a patient of this practice for over 30 years, first under Dr. Darden and then Dr Dillard,My husband and I go twice per year., I was charged an extra $103 for a panoramic film that my insurance doesn't cover. I was not asked if I wanted the panoramic film done. I wanted Dr. Dillard to know that I would prefer to be asked in the future .I spoke to Kelly, the office manager, she offered no explanation except that "she had no way of knowing what my insurance covers". I asked to speak to Dr. Dillard She said she would tell him to call me.. I waited 2 weeks and called the office again. Kelly said she gave the information to Dr. Dillard. She did not offer to remind him to call me. I asked if she was saying he isn't going to call. She said she couldn't speak to that. I think Dr. Dillard is a good dentist, but could benefit from more courteous staff.
