Had my service since August of last year and honestly just trying to make it out of my lease. I've had to buy my own router because they're equipment doesn't split broadbands and loses connectivity at least 3x a week. When I first signed up I was told I was receiving a bundle bc that was the best available. Turns out I could have just opted into a gig speed 30-40 bucks but instead I was sold a package for double the price. Called today to try and have it checked, but one rep said yes we can do this, the other rep said yea I can help you but your bill will jump up another 30 bucks because you won't have the package. So a total of just shy of 130 for just internet?? Lol got it. I will speak terribly to everyone I know who is looking for service.

I moved and returned their router. They tried to charge me for the extra one showing in their system that I owned

Without a doubt the worst telephone service, I entered this store and no one was polite enough to say hello, there were 3 people behind the counter and it seemed like they were in their living room, I made 2 questions to which the lady responded automatically that I couldn't get an additional line in my plan, the attitude of the 2 gentlemen and the lady was absolutely carefree in doing their job, I understand that they are not happy with their job, but they should definitely dedicate themselves to something else other than interacting with other people. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY, I hope to be able to change companies as soon as possible!!!

Horrible service always going out and horrible customer service. They dont even know whats going on with their own network and why its always out.
